If you are a UK taxpayer then please gift aid your donation, at no extra cost to you the charities (Jeans for Genes and The Sick Children's Trust) will be able to claim an extra 25% from the government.

Paypal do make a small charge for processing payments, so it is extra important that you gift aid your donation, if you can, so that the charities will receive as much as possible.
